Chicken Fry

Ingredient
- 1kg chicken
- 3 Tbsp chilli powder
- 1 Tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 garam masala
- 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaf
- Pinch of red food colour
Method
- Wash the chicken and then make slits on each leg.
- a bowl, mix the yogurt with rest of the ingredients.
- combine the chicken with mixture so each piece of chicken leg is completely coated with marinade.
- leave the marinate for at least 2 hrs - the longer better taste.
- when you are ready to cook, preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- line a baking tray with foil and place the marinated chicken in a single layer and cover it with foil.
- place in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and drain excess juice before flipping over the chicken legs and covering with the foil again to cook for a further 15 minutes.
- remove the chicken from Oven let it cool down for 5 minutes, apply oil on the top of the chicken legs.
- serve it with salad and enjoy
