Masala Vada

Ingredient
- 1 cup chana dal (soaked 2 hrs )
- 1tsp fennel seed
- 1 onion finely choppe
- 2 green chilli finely chopped
- Curry leaf
- Salt to taste
- Small pieces ginger
Method
- Soak the chana dal in water for 2 hrs
- Strain the chana dal and add add the dal to a mixer.
- Make sure you take a hand full of dal and keep aside.
- Add fennel seeds and pulse them to a coarse mixture.
- Add remaining dal, ginger, green chilli,curry leaf, onion and salt.
- Make a flat Patties and deep fry to brown.
- Enjoy this on any evening with your tea and have a good time.
