Ingredient

  • 1 cup chana dal (soaked 2 hrs )
  • 1tsp fennel seed
  • 1 onion finely choppe
  • 2 green chilli finely chopped
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Small pieces ginger

 

Method

  1. Soak the chana dal in water for 2 hrs
  2. Strain the chana dal and add add the dal to a mixer.
  3. Make sure you take a hand full of dal and keep aside.
  4. Add fennel seeds and pulse them to a coarse mixture.
  5. Add remaining dal, ginger, green chilli,curry leaf, onion and salt.
  6. Make a flat Patties and deep fry to brown.
  7. Enjoy this on any evening with your tea and have a good time.
