Tandoori Chicken

Ingredient
1 kg chicken legs
2 tbsp tandoori Marsala
100 g yogurt
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam Marsala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 chaat Marsala
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp lemon juice
Method
1.Wash the chicken and then make slits on each leg.
2. a bowl, mix the yogurt with rest of the ingredients.
3.combine the chicken with mixture so each piece of chicken leg is completely coated with marinade.
4.leave the marinate for at least 2 hrs - the longer better taste.
5.when you are ready to cook, preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
6.line a baking tray with foil and place the marinated chicken in a single layer and cover it with foil.
7.place in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
8.Remove the foil and drain excess juice before flipping over the chicken legs and covering with the foil again to cook for a further 15 minutes.
9.remove the chicken from Oven let it cool down for 5 minutes, apply oil on the top of the chicken legs.
10.serve it with salad and enjoy
